The salon targeted at improving the public awareness about sustainable consuming, especially about the advance of organic agriculture & food. Through presentations, distributing training handouts, tasting organic foods by producers, the salon shifted the abstract concept of “organic & sustainable consuming” into several attractive activities, such as quiz game, organic food banquet, and organic farmers’ market. All sellers were volunteer knowledge introducer about the theme.

People were excited with the activities, delicious foods and the products. They tasted, bought, talked and took photos with owners quite happily. Everyone really enjoyed this fantastic time, but we didn’t forget to drop litter in classification bins. Moreover, during the salon, no-plastic bag but using recycle bags and degradable dishware.
